1. Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon payment or approved deposit.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 12:00 Noon
- Early or late requests depend on availability and may incur charges.
3. Complimentary Breakfast
Selected room packages include complimentary breakfast served within scheduled hours. This benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48 hours before check-in — eligible for partial/full refund less fees.
- Cancellation within 48 hours — typically non-refundable.
- No-shows — non-refundable.
5. Reservation Changes
Date or room changes are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
6. Early Check-Out
No refund is guaranteed for unused nights after check-in unless approved by management.
7. No Pets Allowed
Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.
8. Property Rules
Guests must comply with apartment policies regarding noise, safety, and property care. Violations may result in removal without refund.
9. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via original payment method.
